Mallory Jade was born on October 13, 2001 at Saint Johns'
Hospital in Labor & Delivery Room #6, at 7:52 A.M.. She was 19 1/2 inches
long, and weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces.

Mommy knew that I was ready to come out when her water broke. She was
playing Sega with Daddy and had just eaten Mexican food! Ewwwww!!
This is what she looked like in the hospital before the Pitocin kicked in.

While I was on my way out, I could hear Mommy yelling, "I can feel it!"
and the doctors arguing, "No you can't!"
Mommy was so shocked that her and daddy had made someone
(me)so pretty!

Daddy got to spend a lot of time with me after I was born. He got to go to
the nursery and watch me get weighed, measured, washed, and poked with needles.
Since Mommy's expensive drug called an epidural didn't work, she was kinda out
of it in this picture.

I finally got to come home on October 15th. Mommy had to give me a bath
the next day. I didn't like that too much.

I got something yucky called Jaundice. I turned yellow!
Mommy and Daddy had to take me to the doctor when I was only 4 days old.
This is what I looked like in the doctor's ofice.

| I just LOVE being outside. Mommy and Daddy take me for a walk in my big
blue stroller all the time. Since we live in the country, I get to see
cows, dogs, and lots of other critters while we are walking. |
